SelectSeal Max200F
Inline Horizontal Fill-Seal • Pouch machine

Application
The Max200F is used to produce 3-side-seal and printed pouches from two layers of rollstock that are used for finished goods medical packaging. This machine is ideal for high volume, high SKU requirements in a clean room manufacturing environment. With the ability to run various film structures, online printing and quick-change seal tooling, the Max200F provides the most flexibility in producing pouches – on-demand for medical device manufacturers. Up to 8” wide format allows for a wide range of pouch sizes.

Horizontal Pouch Machine for Medical Device Packaging
The SelectSeal Max200F is a horizontal pouch machine that produces finished, printed, three-side-seal pouches on demand from two layers of rollstock, giving device manufacturers control over pouch supply and artwork in house.
Pouches are printed, sealed and cut inline from two flat webs. Running heat-sealable Tyvek®, medical paper, foil or poly films, the machine handles web widths to 8″ and formats to 8″ x 4″, covering most device pouch sizes. Larger formats run on the Max600F.
On-demand production is the point. Rather than holding inventory of pre-made pouches across dozens of SKUs, you print artwork and variable data per recipe as you go. Quick-change seal tooling needs no water, wiring or reheating, so switching format between runs takes minutes and short runs stay viable.
Verification is built in rather than bolted on. The servo seal station carries a 3,700 lb capacity with direct load cell feedback confirming every seal, recipe scan-to-load verifies the correct tooling is fitted, and optional Cognex or Keyence vision inspects print quality and device presence. Controls run on an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix processor with a 12″ PanelView Plus touchscreen and open software architecture — native files included, no controls lock-in.
The machine is Class 7 cleanroom compatible and fully validatable to GMP requirements, with process parameter verification, data change tracking, line clearance and four-level user security as standard. Output runs 3 to 20 cycles per minute into ten magazines of up to 250 pouches, with separate reject and QC magazines.
